💛 Things I’m Loving This Month

• Morning sunlight and water before screens
• Warm green tea is great with all the rain we've been having
• Long savasana with just the ocean waves
• Walks with my weighted vest
• Good tv shows after the kids go to bed.. currently watching 1883 (again!)

📚 Books I’m Reading

It's been a slow reading month but I'm still reading The Five Types of Wealth

No matter where you are on your path a recent graduate, new parent, midlife warrior, retiree, or anything in between. The 5 Types of Wealth will help you act on your priorities to create an instant positive impact in your daily life, make better decisions, and design the life you’ve always dreamed of.

🌿 Yoga Tip of the Month

You don’t need a long practice to feel the benefits of yoga.
5 mindful breaths + one stretch can shift your nervous system. Consistency matters more than duration especially during busy seasons of life.

Yoga Pose of the Month: Child’s Pose (Balasana)

A posture of rest, grounding, and surrender.

Benefits:
• Gently stretches hips, back, and shoulders
• Calms the nervous system
• Encourages introspection and rest

Try this:
Place a block or pillow under your chest for extra support and stay for 1–3 minutes, breathing slowly into your back body.

Thank you for showing up for yourself and for this community. Whether you’re practicing weekly or dropping in when life allows, you’re always welcome here.

See you on the mat

With gratitude,
Kerri Bauer
