Join me every Monday morning at 8:30 AM at the Aqua Resort Club at the BBQ show stage in Saipan or Friday at 8:30 AM at Crowne Plaza for a beachfront yoga class. We start with a 10 minute meditation and breathing exercises for centering and then 45 minutes of movement and close with 5 minutes in savasana.

A one-hour yoga class is a unique and enjoyable experience that combines the tranquility of yoga with the pleasure of a glass of wine and sunset after class.

The class begins with a soothing and guided yoga practice, led by an experienced instructor, focusing on gentle stretches, flowing postures, and mindfulness techniques.

Following the yoga session, participants are welcome to enjoy the pool and grab a drink and snack at Michelle's Pool Bar.

Class cost is $15 and includes your class and wine.

Please bring water and a mat.
